How to Register
Registration form provided on our website at www.pathfinderinc.com/ciitrain.html or call (856)424-7100 to register by phone.

Payment Options
Payment is in U.S. dollars and can be made by check or credit card.  Checks should be made payable to Pathfinder, LLC for courses held in the United States and PFI Project Consultants Canada, ULC for courses held in Canada.  Please note, courses held in Canada require an additional 5% Canadian General Sales Tax (GST) be added to the payment total.  The PFI Project Consultants Canada, ULC GST number is 846893527RT0001.

Discounts                                                                     
Team discount: Send three people or more from the same organization to the same course(s) and save 10%. Teams must register simultaneously.

Construction Industry Institute (CII) member: CII members receive a reduced registration rate as part of their CII membership.  Please be sure to indicate CII membership on your registration application.

Travel Policy
Pathfinder, LLC and PFI Project Consultants Canada, ULC are not responsible for the purchase of non-refundable airline tickets or the cancellation/change fees associated with canceling or changing a flight.  We encourage attendees to call and confirm whether a specific course is running before purchasing airline tickets.  Pathfinder, LLC and PFI Project Consultants Canada, ULC reserves the right to cancel a course up to 21 business days prior to the scheduled event start date.

Hotel Information
Some courses may be held at a venue where special room rates have been negotiated. Specific information will be listed in the course information or may be obtained by calling (856)424-7100.  To ensure accessibility to discounted rates, mention Pathfinder, LLC or PFI Project Consultants Canada, ULC when making your reservations with a designated hotel.  Pathfinder, LLC and PFI Project Consultants Canada, ULC are not responsible for any charges, reservations or accommodations between the attendee and the hotel or meeting venue.

Registration Confirmation
All registration confirmations are completed in writing via e-mail to the e-mail address provided on the registration application.  If venue specifics are not listed in the course information they will be provided in the course registration package sent via e-mail after registration confirmation.  If you have not received a confirmation e-mail within 5 business days after registering please send an e-mail to training@pathfinderinc.com or call at (856)424-7100.

Course Materials and Preparation

All course materials will be distributed to attendees at the start of the event unless specifically listed otherwise in the course information.  If advanced preparation is required for any event it will be specifically listed in the course information. 

Continuing Education Units (CEUs) and Professional Development Units (PDUs)
As a member of the International Association for Continuing Education and Training (IACET), CEUs and PDUs will be awarded to attendees participating in the training sessions.  Upon completion of a course, you will receive notification indicating the number of CEUs/PDUs earned.  You must be present for the entire length of a course to earn CEUs/PDUs. 

Cancellation/Refund Policy
Pathfinder, LLC or PFI Project Consultants Canada, ULC will provide a complete refund if an attendee cancels up to 21 business days prior to the start of the event.  Any attendee cancellation less than 21 business days prior to the Monday of the event week are subject to the full course fee.  If you are unable to attend your registered course a substitute person is permitted. 

Pathfinder, LLC or PFI Project Consultants Canada, ULC reserves the right to cancel a course up to 21 business days prior to the scheduled event start date.  All attendees will be provided a complete refund due to Pathfinder, LLC or PFI Project Consultants Canada, ULC cancellation.

Course Times and Refreshments
Course registration begins at 7:30 a.m. with courses starting at 8:00 a.m. and ending at 5 p.m., unless otherwise noted.  All breaks, including breakfast and lunch, are handled on a course-by-course basis.  Meal availability will be listed in the course registration package sent via e-mail after registration confirmation.  For courses where meals are not provided, meals are the responsibility of the attendee.
