The Project Management "Toolkit" is extensive and growing larger every day. Pathfinder maintains constant surveillance of this evolving set of tools and evaluates where and when each should be applied. When needed tools are already available, or being independently developed by third party companies, Pathfinder simply acts as a conduit to link the tool to the potential user and provide the support needed to put it into effective use. 

When a significant industry need for such tools exists and there are no readily available sources, Pathfinder utilizes its highly regarded Technology Team to develop the needed techniques, and make them available as a "proprietary tool" to interested users, under suitable licensing agreements. 

Additionally, Pathfinder works in collaboration with co-sponsors, in an alliance or shared-pay arrangement, to jointly develop these state-of-the-art techniques. Co-sponsors often "beta test" these developments and receive special use privileges.
