Pathfinder's International Project Management Academy (IPMA) is the first independent training institution dedicated solely to project management and related technology. The IPMA offers continuing education programs focused directly on the participants' actual working environment and project characteristics as opposed to often abstract, generic public programs. 	Pathfinder's training division, the International Project Management Academy (IPMA), has been authorized and approved by the Construction Industry Institute (CII) as a Registered Education Provider (REPP) of CII documentation and materials.  IPMA will build CII tools and references as appropriate, throughout the course customization process.
