Zach is a project controls expert with experience in tracking project progress utilizing Primavera P6 and Earned Value Systems. Zach has also successfully managed manpower levels using P6 to advise site managers of the project’s manpower needs and sequencing of construction activities to optimize manpower required and reduce time. Zach is proficient in estimating, procurement, productivity of crews, progressing turnarounds, identifying maintenance opportunities for plant equipment and safety.
