Paul (PJ) is a Principal Associate with Pathfinder, LLC. He supports the Management and Consulting Division as a Project Controls Analyst. He assists teams with Cost and Schedule analysis calculations on several ongoing efforts. Paul also regularly conducts technical research for various Organizational Studies, Independent Project Reviews, and training programs.

Paul is currently assigned the role of Project Controls Lead for the construction renovation of a Major Pharmaceutical company. His primary responsibilities in this role include overseeing all costs associated with the renovation, accurately creating monthly cash flow forecasts, reviewing all invoices from the contractors, ensuring there are no discrepancies between the Project Managers and the financial division of the company, and contributing to the creation of standardized monthly reports. Paul also supports various other Pharmaceutical projects ongoing while he acts as Project Controls Lead. A construction renovation project he is currently assigned to enabled him to generate a Master Schedule in P6 in order to align the project team, both Owners and Contractors.

Paul is skilled in computer programs such as Excel, Microsoft Suite, Microsoft Project, and is certified in Oracle Primavera P6 Professional Project Management and similar programs. He also researched and became proficient in the Acumen Fuse & Risk Software and trained other coworkers on its use. On several occasions, Paul has developed spreadsheets for extracting data from these programs for comparative analysis by technical consultants.
