Stacie is a Vice President for Pathfinder, LLC with over 30 years in project management, cost engineering, contracting strategy development and quality.   She has held both project leadership and functional leadership roles and supervised teams and influenced projects across the globe from the US, Canada, Russia, Southeast Asia, India, Europe, and Africa.

Stacie is a collaborative team builder with a proven track record of recruiting diverse talent, building inclusive teams, and delivering results. She has extensive experience working with teams across energy business sectors of Upstream, Downstream and Midstream with all resource levels from executives to field personnel.  She specializes in turning poor-performing teams into highly motivated, empowered teams that produce.
