Erik brings more than 30 years of experience leading complex engineering, project management, and operational excellence initiatives across industries, including pharmaceuticals, medical devices, food and beverage, energy, and advanced manufacturing. Throughout his career, he has been trusted to lead high-stakes programs, align cross-functional teams worldwide, and deliver results where precision, accountability, and execution matter most.
During his previous 15-year tenure at Pathfinder, Erik played a critical role in building and scaling project management offices, leading enterprise-wide stage gate governance, mentoring project leaders, and delivering transformational programs for clients ranging from Fortune 500 companies to highly regulated manufacturers. His ability to operate seamlessly from the boardroom to the plant floor and to turn complexity into clarity has always set him apart.
Erik is known for driving 20 to 30 percent reductions in project delivery timelines and double-digit cost savings, while maintaining an unwavering focus on quality, safety, and business outcomes. Add to that his background as a mechanical engineer, patent holder, global trainer, and trusted advisor, and you have someone who truly embodies Pathfinder's values.
