One cannot speak about today’s Capital Project delivery environment without addressing Digital Transformation and the use of technology. Companies need to recognize the exponential demand for digitization and see this as a key enabler to progress our industry.

No one industry, or no one company can do this alone. This shift is going to take all companies in our industry working together and new partnerships will be needed. Many feel that collaboration across industries and across government is also needed.
Many believe that a Quality Assurance / Quality Control (QA/QC) program is what defines Quality for capital projects. Quality needs to be ingrained in every step of the project delivery process. Responsible parties for every project deliverable, need to understand what constitutes quality and also the risk in focusing totally on time or money spent.
Pathfinder soundly believes that knowledge sharing and collaboration of experiences and new ideas is an essential part of bringing clarity and confidence to process industry project teams across a multitude of industries.
