He brings deep expertise in project controls, scheduling, procurement, and construction management, with a strong focus on digital collaboration and real-time data integration to drive project efficiency and stakeholder alignment.
Carlos has successfully managed multi-million-dollar capital projects from concept through commissioning, consistently delivering results ahead of schedule and under budget. His technical proficiency spans Primavera P6, Synchro 4D, Navisworks, Revit, and earned value management, among others. A licensed Professional Engineer, he holds a Master’s in BIM Management and dual degrees in Mechanical Engineering.
