From steering $250M+ capital projects to building and leading high-performing teams across global sites, Matthew thrives on turning complex challenges into predictable success stories. His work has supported innovations in lithium advanced energy storage and high-purity quartz production—critical technologies for the future of clean energy.
A graduate of Mississippi State University with a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Matthew combines technical expertise with a passion for collaboration and continuous improvement. Whether leading multi-site portfolios or introducing best-in-class project systems, he’s known for driving results that matter.
When he’s not managing projects, Matthew especially enjoys traveling and exploring new places with his wife and 3 kids. As an Eagle Scout, he is also an avid outdoors-man and enjoys fishing, camping and hiking in our nation’s many parks.
